Since we're busy changing a lot of stuff anyway may I suggest to start a forum besides/instead of the mailing list ?

As with most mailing lists this idea tends to fall on thin ice. No one wants to head towards a place where questions are asked, it is much easier for everyone to get them pushed to them (like email on smart phones). This is the way most people prefer and I tend to agree.
