[xymon] TS - Is there a way to make the notes page go to a new window?

Add "--doc-window" to your XYMONGENOPTS in xymonserver.cfg (or to the xymongen command in tasks.cfg).

I can see the xymongen man-page is not up-to-date with this. Will fix.
