Xymon Client on Gentoo

Hi Guys/Gals

We would like to monitor Gentoo boxes here at the office. Just checking if anyone has run into some pitfalls regarding the installation. I assume it will be straightforward but just wanted to check if there is someone out there that might have some time saving pointers.
