Hello all, when using macros to define a group of email addresses, is there a delimiter required to string them together?? Or do I need to enclose them in quotes?...as in: $ALERTGROUP=kevin at domain.com bob at domain.com joe at domain.com or $ALERTGROUP="kevin at domain.com bob at domain.com joe at domain.com" or maybe $ALERTGROUP=%kevin at domain.com|bob at domain.com|joe at domain.com (pipe delimited) Which would be correct?...if any Thanks Kevin Note: The information contained in this email and in any attachments is intended only for the person or entity to which it is addressed and may contain confidential and/or privileged material. Comma delimited as in $ALERTGROUP=person1 at yourdomain.com,person2 at yourdomain.com and so on. At least this works for me. I've got 2 servers offline at the moment and I'm using the disabled function to prevent them from alerting/paging. What is confusing to me is the way that my hobbit front page and the individual monitored parameters for the system keep transitioning between purple and blue. Shouldn't they all just stay blue until the disabled period ends? Tom

Did you disable them via the enable/disable webpage, or are they "disabled" via a DOWNTIME definition in the bb-hosts file ? The behaviour you see sounds wrong, no doubt about that. [hobbit] hobbit-central?

Well, at present it is written in the POSIX shell on hpux, but I have lots of stuff running on Linux that started on hpux, so if your question is will it run on Linux, I would say, probably. If you are asking if it will run on T64, I would say I have no idea and I won't be porting it there either so if it doesn't I can't imagine it will unless you want to port it there. As for the data coming back from a T64 server, I have not a clue. I guess given the commands on the T64 system, it wouldn't be that big a deal to feed it into Hobbit. As for the beta, let me finish out the week working on it and I think early next week it will be at a state where it might be of some use to you. How to show recent notifications

Does someone have a way to show the most recent notifications sent out through Hobbit? I thought I saw talk about it in this list but now I can't find it. It would basically be a button you click that does a tail of the notifications.log so you can see who was actually emailed about something. If not, I can probably create it but I thought I'd ask first.
