hobbit quick search for FireFox 2 ?

I used to be able to switch the default Google search to internal BB server search in FireFox 1. But my old quick external F.F. search module doesn't work in F.F.2 anymore. Latest snapshot stable

Todays snapshot - bbgen crashes

I know that snapshots are not considered stable, but I just wanted to report that I grabbed todays snapshot (dated Aug 10 00:05), and noticed that bbgen is crashing. If there is anything I can do to help troubleshoot, let me know. P.S. I "upgraded" to this snapshot in an attempt to resolve a problem I was having with a previous snapshot, where I was not receiving recovery pages.

Help with a custom test script

Hello, I am new to writing custom scripts and looking for advice on how to write a test to monitor the status of a machine in our render farm. Each machine is broken down into a number of CPU cores. We have a command that displays the status of each core in the format per line of "<machine name>_<core number> in|out <partition name>" (i.e. testbox_0 in testpartition). So here is the part I an trying to work out. A machine with 4 cores will produce 4 lines each with it's own status. I would like to to include all cores in one test. I would like to produce a YELLOW status if any core is labeled as out and RED if they are all listed as out. I would also like to make rrd graphs that shows the in and out time for each core. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Q

Trying to find a sybase monitoring client that works with ASE 15.0.1

Hi! On the site for BigBrother (link from hobbit) i found a new version of bb-sybase_ase1.2.sh. This script calls on a sql-script called sp__dbmon.sql. The problem is that I can´t find a new version of this sql-script. The old version (came with bb-sybase_ase.1.1.sh) of sp__dbmon doesn´t work with ASE 15.0.1. It shows wrong values for usage in Size (MB) Free (MB) Used (%) propably because of changes in structure for envolved system tables. Do anyone know where to find a newer version of sp__dbmon.sql. monitoring mounted fs

Hi, I'm still having trouble monitoring for mounted filesystems. The usb-mounted filesystems I now do using a custom script because I had to check for some things anyway. But now I want to check for an NFS-mounted filesystem. To make things easier, I just created a file /mount_point/DO_NOT_DELETE and check for the existance of that file on clients. I put a file:/mount_point/DO_NOT_DELETE entry in client-local.cfg and a FILE /mount_point/DO_NOT_DELETE in hobbit-clients.cfg Now the file column switched from grey to green, if I click it I get a page which shows /mount_point/DO_NOT_DELETE as green and if I click that I get file:/mount_point/DO_NOT_DELETE] ERROR: Permission denied I tried to execute 'stat /mount_point/DO_NOT_DELETE' on the client as user hobbit and it worked, so the permissions should be set right. I tried to find some log about what happened but without luck. Any suggestions? Andreas

This's a browser/server architecture, we have Crystal Report 8 used(10.2.10.7). One IE browser with URL "10.2.10.7/tcard/tempSchl.rpt?user0 at c.rpt=rpt_read&password0 at c.rpt=rpt_read&user1=rpt_read&password1=rpt_read&init=actx" on client launched and called Crystal Report Viewer, a new IE window would be opened. How can we monitor this new IE window or content in this new IE window? Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks.
