Need for a report

I have what I think is a simple request, and I'm wondering the best way to go about it. Basically, I need to be able to run a report(in html) that says "I have to run 1000 conn tests. Of those, 11 is red, 9 are yellow, 0 are purple, 990 are green." Additionally, I will need to be able to add additional tests to this, but the immediate need is for connectivity tests. Is there a way to get this information easily, or will I need to collect and parse the historical data to get this? The bbgen test already gives me overall purple tests. BBWIN 0.7 error

Just upgrade to BBWIN 0.7. When trying to start the service I get: Event Type: Error Event Source: BigBrotherHobbitClient Event Category: Service Event ID: 4 Date: 5/22/2006 Time: 4:00:38 PM User: N/A Computer: WINSERVER01 Description: The service didn't successfully load the configuration file D:\Program Files\BBWin\etc\bbwin.cfg. We did indeed lower the test interval to 1 minute. Hi, I have a problem with accessing hobbit-files. In the browser, I write the following: http://server_name/hobbit/ I get the message: Forbidden You don't have permission to access /hobbit/index.html on this server. I have done chmod 555 to /usr/local/hobbit/server/www/bb.html So the webpage works. Some seconds later, I have the same problem and the permission to the file /usr/local/hobbit/server/www/bb.html are back to -rw-r----- On the server, sun solaris 9 is running. Has someone a solution? Werner - I went through this somewhat recently...at my desk. While I didn't need them, I could have done it in three slides. Slide 1 - 36 pt. Sans-serif on White. "It's Free" Slide 2 - 36 pt. Sans-serif on White. "It Works" Slide 3 - 36 pt. Sans-serif on White. "It's Here Now" Not sure there's much else to say, quite frankly. Then again, my organization isn't big on fluff. Deliver good, fast, and cheap, and you're in. (grin) Seriously, if you're presenting to techies, turn them loose on the man pages and one of the open 'demo' sites running Hobbit. Hi, I need to make a presentation to migrate (proposal) our monitoring to Hobbit, I thought asking here before I start doing work and see if someone of you has already done something like this and is willing to share it with the list. The persons who'll be watching to the presentation are are technical guys, so I need a little more carefully made presentation, but nice looking graphs/slides always do it's impressive work. You need to read the README file in the DOC subdirectory. Starting with 0.7 the hostname is kept in the registry. More info: this doesn't look like its exclusive to hobbitping. I had this happen, with me it was due to a cdrom being mounted at somepoint and monitored and the rrd was still in place and messing up the zoom. Hope this helps.
