I think there is: In the hobbit-4.2.0/hobbitd/rrd/do_ncv.c file around line 65 there's this line: l = val + strspn(val, "0123456789."); Add a "-" before the numbers so it becomes l = val + strspn(val, "-0123456789."); Run "make" and copy the hobbit-4.2.0/hobbitd/hobbitd_rrd binary to your ~hobbit/server/bin/ directory (or just run "make install"), then restart Hobbit. Hi, Don't know if it is already possible, but couldn't find it on the mailinglists / manpages. I have a server behind a router which occasionally have huge packet loss. Because of this, the connection status switches rapidly between green and red. I'd like to prevent this from happening and want to let the check stay red until it has succeeded multiple times. So this would be something like the opposite of badconn: goodconn:1:2:4 would get back yellow after 2 and get back green after 4 successive replies. Does this make sense at all? Regards, Joost

Hello all, As some of you may know I have already written a script filtering the csv file generated by the bb-rep.cgi Hobbit feature. Now I have made a new one which reads a config file report.cfg. Usage: Threshold type of test on which to filter name of the host (or part of the name useful if you work with composed FQDN) It also send an e-mail to someone (modify the .pl file for that). It generates the result on the basis of a one week time interval. Everything is done so that once you have entered everything in your config file all you have to do is enter the script in a crontab.
