How to display only a section of clientlog ?

Quick Feature request Service Intelligence By that I mean, under certain circumstances allow services to go above threshold levels.. So for example, if a process x is running on a database server allow CPU to go above y You could also say If a reload process is happening on server x allow http to not alert Just an idea that came to me while discussing batch job load on a database server that one of our teams is using. Where a specific batch job could send the cpu load high and that is expected, but the batch job isn't scheduled and is just run as and when. But the control has to be fairly fine grained to stop the server not alerting when there is an issue. Hello all, I started a thread about Veritas backup scripts some weeks ago and I got some scripts for Linux clients, I would also like to get scripts for Windows based OS. If they use BBWin instead of BBNT it is even better. All scripts I found until now were Linux based and I thought they could be used on Windows without much changes, but indeed no. Adding data to a client

I like to use `bb data hostname.serial<newline><the serial number>' to hobbit server. I do not want a column to be created. Then is it possible to query the serial number from within hobbit server using `bb query hostname.serial' just for the serial info? I don't want the data to expire. I guess I could test it myself. Still problems with bbgen

Hello, I tested today my report script on a server which does not run the patched version of Hobbit we made here in TI and it caused bbgen to crash. It would be interesting to get it fix once and forever. I do not seam to find again the patch you send about that crash but if you could resend it and/or dig the problem again I would be please so will the people who already use my script. BBDisplays question

I posted a question last week regarding having one hobbit server reporting its status to another hobbit server. Scenario: I have a "Master" Hobbit server set up to monitor certain systems at our client sites, located at our offices. I would like to deploy "Local" hobbit servers at client sites and have them report their status (bbgen, hobbit, disks, etc) to our "Master" Hobbit. I thought this could be accomplished by editing the hobbitclient.cfg and adding the BBDISPLAY=" Master IP, Local IP", but that is not working. several ldap URI on same host

Hi, We would like to combine two ldap tests (using URI) on the same host. One of the test must bind as authenticated user (ldaplogin...). Is this configuration supported? What about the Connection Times graph? (shows only ldap: for one URI ldap test) Thanks. Dominique UNIL - University of Lausanne
