4.3.0 Beta Question

Hi All, I have installed 4.3.0 Beta 1 on OpenSUSE 11.1 and everything (so far) installed fine, except the known issue with sendmsg.c, which I patched and it fixed the issues. The Ghost Clients page and the Notifications Log pages, come up with a full blue background (no black at all). Is that normal? Thanks. Geoff Hallford.

DNS queue_run deadlock

Does anyone know what this error means? I've done a bunch of searches, but haven't found anything helpful. Things will be running fine and then, for no apparent reason, bbtest will start turning yellow and listing the following as an error: Error output: dns_queue_run deadlock - loops=10 Yet, when I check on the dns servers all is fine and green. Bbtest will go green again a minute or so later, but go yellow again....and so on. No one has modified bb-hosts today, so it isn't a typo in a DNS name there. Any ideas? Martha

Problem running make

Hi, I am having some more trouble on my Solaris 10 server. After having several issues with rrdtool, I was able to successfully run the ./configure. [hobbit] RHEL5 and status-board not available bug?

bb-services multiple port test

Hi all! Is there a way to specify multiple port tests for a single service? IE [sometest] port 123 port 456 port 789 I would like those three ports tests but placed under one column test "sometest" Is this possible?

Hello. Just did a new install of 4.3.0-beta1 on a mac os x 10.5.6 client. I see 2 issues. custom graphs

Hi, I created some tests, and I get graphs from them, using splitncv All is almost perfect (I get values, they are stored in separate files, the graphs are made), but I have a little issue. In trends page, I get my custom graphs, then 2 useless lines (having the name of my custom graphs). I attache a screenshot that is better descritption. I'd like to remove those useless lines, that's all. I tried to add/remove/modify GRAPHS section in hobbitserver.cfg, TRENDS definition in bb-hosts, without any result (I can't get more or less useless lines). Any help is very welcome.

Problem resolved...adding eventid="" worked as it was using ALL failed security events instead of specific ones. Sent via BlackBerry by AT&T
